Terms of Service

Welcome to Faithwise. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Faithwise mobile and web applications and the related websites and services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Leonenko Group LLC ("Faithwise," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

To use most features of the Service, you need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
• You may not share your password or let others access the Service through your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, suspensions, or bans.
• Notify us promptly at support@faith-wise.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date so that we can reach you about your account and any changes to the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Faithwise is a paid Premium subscription that begins with a 7-day free trial. There is no separate free tier. Premium features are described in the app and on our pricing page. The following terms apply to Premium subscriptions.

• Plans and pricing: Premium is available for $9.99 per month, or $47.99 per year (about $3.99 per month) billed annually. Prices are shown in the app at checkout and may change with advance notice.
• Free trial: New Premium subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged.
• Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed in advance through the payment method you provide, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your Premium access continues through the end of the current billing period, and your subscription will not renew after that. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by law.
• Refunds: Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@faith-wise.com within 7 days of a charge to request a refund.
• Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before increasing the price of an existing subscription. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

If you purchase Premium through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, trials, renewals, and cancellations may be handled by that platform under its terms. In that case, please manage your subscription through your platform account.

4. Acceptable Use

Faithwise is a Christian faith platform meant for personal devotion and respectful community. When you use community features such as groups and shared prayer requests, you agree not to post content that:

• Is hateful, harassing, abusive, or threatening toward any person or group.
• Contains spam, commercial solicitation, or promotional material without permission.
• Violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
• Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or graphic in nature.
• Promotes self-harm, violence, or other harmful ideologies.
• Impersonates Faithwise staff or other users, or misrepresents your affiliation.

You also agree not to attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse engineer it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to violate any law. We may remove content that violates these guidelines and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate them.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, devotional writing, and other materials we provide, is owned by Leonenko Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you create, such as journal entries, prayer items, and group posts. By posting content to shared features, you grant Faithwise a limited license to store, display, and distribute that content to the intended audience for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faithwise disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Faithwise is not a licensed counseling service, mental health provider, medical provider, or substitute for professional pastoral care. Content in the app is intended for personal spiritual enrichment only. Please consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or pastoral guidance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faithwise and Leonenko Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Faithwise in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or create risk or harm to other users or to Faithwise. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
