Delete Your FaithWise Account

You can delete your FaithWise account at any time. FaithWise is operated by Leonenko Group LLC. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems as described below.

Delete from within the app

1. Open FaithWise and sign in.
2. Go to the More tab, then Settings.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@faith-wise.comfrom the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and process it within 7 days.

What is deleted, and when

• Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out everywhere.
• All personal data is permanently erased after a 30-day recovery window: your profile, email address, journal entries, prayer lists, reading progress, and preferences.
• If you change your mind within 30 days, contact support to restore your account.

What is kept

• Purchase and subscription records required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations are retained as required by law. Subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play are managed by Apple or Google and should also be cancelled there.
• Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.
